Data Recovery Form

Securely package the hard drive, with the completed recovery form.  If available, a standard drive shipping box is a good idea.  If you do not have a drive shipping box, we recommend the use of an anti-static bag around the drive, followed by bubble wrap and a large amount of other soft packing material like foam peanuts.  Then send us the drive to receive your free evaluation and estimate.
