System configuration and failure symptoms are important if you have the information. The engineers need to understand configurations before the analysis for Raids and Servers as it reduces the time required and helps us provide accurate recovery estimates.

Securely package the hard drive or computer in appropriate packaging material. Drives need antistatic bags and foam inserts or several inches of bubble wrap to insure that the units are not damaged in the shipping process.

Include the completed recovery form in the package and ship them to us. The shipping address is included on the recovery form. After we receive the project we assign a work order number for each recovery project.
